New Serbia is a fictional small township in the foothills of the Adirondack Mountains in upper New York State. Population: 2,742. Average age: 39.3. More cows than people — though the farms are dying off and the people are catching up.
It is the same town where most people's parents and grandparents were born, and where visitors are usually people who get lost driving up to their vacations in the Adirondacks.
